ORDER POLICY AND PROCESSING TIMES

- Orders are processed 7 days a week and will usually ship within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.

- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. Address updates are not always guaranteed.

- If your order was cancelled without a request, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure your information is up to date, unless we directly contact you about stock availability.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.

- In order to pickup your order you must have your order confirmation with you along with a physical copy of the photo ID and a physical copy of the debit/credit card that matches the order information.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

- Please contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged and provide photos so we can review/evaluate the damage and find a solution. We encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Defects are at the discretion of THAT'S OD.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

- There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled.  

- Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
